Troubleshooting - You.InControl

Most problems with a You.InControl system come down to a handful of common causes - pairing, range, antenna placement, or battery state. As we build this section out, we'll cover them one by one.

First things to check

• Is the device paired to the Controller? Re-pair if you're not sure.
• Is the battery charged? Switches last 5+ years between charges; Remotes around 3 years. Recharge over USB if you're in doubt.
• Is the Controller powered up?
• Are you within typical range - about 800m for a Switch, 600m for a Remote - and not blocked by a fully metal structure?
